Memberships are offered to support; successful achievement of client goals & wellness, a reduction of business administration (appointments must be booked and managed online), & to foster trust between client and therapist. Reliability and consistency is the key to desired therapeutic outcomes, as well as to the membership pricing.

Terms of membership pricing
Massage credits are granted and expire monthly
Recurring: To assure utilization of membership credits, sessions are encouraged to be recurring at a pre booked monthly or weekly day and time, & should only be rescheduled with 48 hours notice.
Minimum Commitment: After the minimum number of months commitment for your chosen membership, it can be canceled at any time without commitment to the remaining sessions beyond those within 48 hours. If you cancel a membership prior to the minimum commitment, those sessions that remain with over 48 hours notice, will incur a $20 charge per session canceled.
Session length: Memberships are based on a consistent length of repeating sessions. Any additional time added to a session is charged at $60 per 30 minutes.
Promotional Offers: Membership pricing cannot be combined with other offers. Periodic HHH promotions apply only to non membership bookings.
Membership Payment: Charges will be made on a monthly frequency, with a card kept on file. Card processing fees apply.
Scheduling Policy: All scheduling & rescheduling must be done online through the client MassageBook account. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice is treated as a last minute cancellation of that booked service (refer to session cancellations). Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours' notice can subject to a $20 administrative fee. Rescheduled appointments as well as initial membership credits must be expended within 30 days from the monthly membership renewal date.
No shows: are charged 100% the cost of service (a massage credit expended).
Membership cancellations: Membership cancellations prior to the minimum commitment will incur a $20 charge for each unused session in their chosen commitment.
